This unique opportunity gives you & your partner intimate time to rest, relax & bond with your new baby as a family in 5 Star luxury.
Think of it as a luxurious home away from home where there is no housework, no washing or cooking and all meals delivered to you while you rest & relax.
When you feel like a moment away from your room you will have access to the beautiful Spa, Gym & Pool. Of course we know you might not be up for a dip just yet, but it is very therapeutic just to sit poolside & relax or go for a light stroll around Auckland’s outstanding viaduct with your new baby in tow. We provide the Nuna MIXX Next Pram from Dimples to use during your stay. And no we haven’t forgotten about your other little ones – they are more than welcome to visit & stay (only if you want, of course).

First & foremost we are a social care service ( not a healthcare service ).
What this means for you is that you & your baby need to be medically discharged from hospital to be able to come and stay with us. Once you have been discharged & check in with us, be rest assured that we will provide all the comforts & finer details you need.
All YOU need to do is let your assigned LMC Midwife know where to find you so they can carry out their required post-partum visits directly to your room.
You will of course also have overview care from our specialised lactation consultant & midwife during your stay.
We don’t like to leave anyone out but we can only accept bookings from mothers/parents that are adding to their family & not first time parents.

We provide a full gourmet breakfast for two daily PLUS a further $50 Food & Beverage credit per day for you to order room service as you please. All your meals will be served at a time that is best suited to you and delivered straight to your bed.

This is all included in your package. If you require more than one vehicle to be valet parked you can talk to us about a special additional cost.

During your stay you and your family will have access to all of the luxury amenities of the hotel.
Partner/Support Person & Other Children:
Your partner/support person is all included to stay as part of your package and of course your other children can visit anytime & sleep over, talk to us about a roll away bed if you require.
